General travel conditions

These contractual terms are part of the contract between you and the Soder family


1. Booking, contractual relationships, costs and terms of payment

You can make your booking by phone, in writing or by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You will immediately receive a written reservation confirmation. The tenant has to make a down payment of 30% of the agreed rental amount to an account specified by us within 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The contract between you and the Soder´s Soderhof family is completed with the receipt of the deposit. The outstanding balance of the rent to be paid must then be paid in cash on site. If there is no down payment to the account specified by us within 14 days, there is no reservation guarantee. If a reservation is made less than 14 days before the start of the rental, the entire rental amount must be paid immediately so that it is credited to the Soder family's account at least three days before the start of the rental , otherwise there is no reservation guarantee .


2. Services and prices

The prices shown are weekly prices for the entire rental property including furniture, normal energy consumption and everyday items. The hut is usually only given for whole weeks. Shorter stays can be arranged at short notice, depending on availability. Arrival and departure are on Saturdays, unless expressly Other specified or agreed. The prices shown are complete prices including all services that have not been expressly agreed.


3. Service and price changes

The description of our hut and the price calculation have been made with great care. There may be changes in price or performance. If this is the case, we will inform you at the latest when booking. If there are any differences between the homepage and the reservation confirmation, the agreements on the reservation confirmation apply. If significant changes in performance occur after the contract has been concluded, you can withdraw from the contract free of charge within five days of receiving the notification. Payments already made will be refunded immediately. Price changes up to 22 days before the start of the rental are expressly reserved for the following reasons: Increase or introduction of duties and taxes on certain services, change in exchange rates after the contract is concluded.


4. Arrival and departure, shortening or extending the stay

The tenant is obliged to notify his arrival, the arrival should be between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., the departure should be before 10 a.m. If you arrive later than 7 p.m., you must inform us in good time (you will find the addresses and telephone numbers in the reservation confirmation). If you are prevented due to traffic jams, weather etc. and cannot take over the property as agreed, we will charge the entire rental price. The same applies if you leave the property prematurely. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact us in advance.


5. You withdraw from the contract

The tenant can withdraw from the lease free of charge up to 90 days before the arrival date. If this is the case, the deposit minus a processing fee of 15% of the rental amount will be refunded . If the tenant withdraws within 90 to 60 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price (the deposit) is due. In the event of cancellation 60 days or less before the day of arrival or on the day of arrival itself, the entire rental price remains owed. The decisive factor is the arrival of your message at the landlord of the Soder family (the next working day is decisive on Sundays and public holidays). If we manage to rent the booked or canceled capacity to other guests, the cancellation fee will not apply. Any processing fees will be deducted from the down payment. We recommend taking out travel cancellation or cancellation insurance.

In the event of a mutually agreed postponement - rebooking of the original holiday period, the cancellation period shall not be extended under any circumstances! If the postponed date is finally cancelled, at least the original cancellation rate or, if the date of cancellation is already less than 90 days, the current cancellation rate is due. There is no legal claim to a rebooking - this is only possible by mutual agreement with the landlord.
